Domains already hosted with KTB WEB SOLUTIONS and UKFREEHOSTS can be transferred to UKPROHOSTS.

UKPROHOSTS reserves the right to cancel or suspend a customer's access to our services when UKPROHOSTS decides that the account has been inappropriately used.

SERVER USE

UKPROHOSTS do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material including copyrighted works, video, music files and ANY mp3 files legal or not. Members are advised to contact us first before uploading any material they have written or composed themselves in mp3 format for us to approve. Adult material including pornography, lewd images or anything we see as being offensive. ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, pirated software and encrypting of any of the above. We would also not allow any links to sites that feature any of the above material.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All payment is made in advance through PayPal. There is no option to pay by any other method. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. All payment is in U.K. Sterling. Members who have not transferred domains away by the 365th day of hosting are liable to pay for 1 years hosting before the domain is released. Members who set up multiple subscriptions through PayPal are liable to pay these in full.
We will host registered charities free of charge provided a current "specific" charity reg number is provided. We will not accept "generic" numbers such as those covering all churches. We must be able to search and confirm your charity name and address with the number provided.

Cancellation

UKPROHOSTS reserves the right to cancel service at any time. If cancellation is caused by customers violation of these policies, then no refund is due. Customers can cancel service any time but no refund of payment will be paid unless the cancellation is within the first 7 days. Customers who cancel their subscription to web hosting will have their site deleted within 6 hours.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it will hold UKPROHOSTS harmless from any losses, claims or costs, asserted against it. We cannot be help responsible for any loss or injury you suffer resulting from any failure of our services.

Disclaimer

UKPROHOSTS is not responsible for loss of data, emails or any other loss resulting in the use of our service. Members are advised to keep back up copies of all files.

UKPROHOSTS reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
